Cheshire Wedding Dress Designer Kate Britton has more than ten years’ experience working in the bridal couture design industry.

Kate began her career as assistant to a prestigious bridal wear designer in 1997.

She trained in the art of corsetry, hand-finished detail and embellishment, fabric sculpture and all the skills to create exquisite wedding dresses and bridal couture.

Kate went on to study Fashion at Manchester, where she perfected her understanding of the female form and the construction of the most flattering silhouette.

In 2006 Kate opened bespoke wedding dressmakers Mariée in Cheshire with her business partner, and it has grown into a bridal couture and wedding dress design agency known for its focus on style, luxury and a personal service that is second to none.
