Designer profiles

Andrea and Kate have over a decade's experience working in the bridal design industry. They met as colleagues while working for a prestigious bridal wear designer in Cheshire in 1997. During this time they were able to train in the art of corsetry, hand-finished detail, moulage (fabric sculpture on the mannequin), and all necessary skills needed to produce exquisite bridal couture.

Andrea and Kate both went on to study Fashion at university as mature students, allowing them to gain a full understanding of the female form, and therefore create the perfect silhouette for every shape and size.

Although both designers are equally experienced in all fields of bridal design, they each have their own strengths, allowing them to gel harmoniously as a partnership. Kate is very creatively motivated and prides herself on her unique design skills, while Andrea has an intricate understanding of fabric behaviour and how to construct a gown to fit to perfection.
